Quotes and bookings: Journey details are used to prepare a quote. Your contact details and the information you share on WhatsApp are used to reply, arrange the journey and issue the booking record. We process these data to respond to your pre-contract request, fulfil your booking or meet applicable legal obligations. Locations and pickup time are required to calculate a quote.
Recipients and transfers: IGN receives address searches for suggestions and geocoding. TomTom receives the location coordinates and times needed to calculate the route.
